[Biblemat] Bible Class Goals

One of the things I have been impressed about my time here at  
Wilmington is the substantial efforts put into the Bible classes. We  
have a curriculum for all grades. As an example the nursery is on a 2  
year curriculum while the High School class is on a 4 year and etc. I  
can't take any credit for this as it was in place when I moved here. I  
know for the adult class that has been a 5 year curriculum we are now  
in the 3 round of going through the curriculum. It is set up by years  
and quarters. We have the same teacher and study for both Sunday and  
Wednesday.
Now for the question. We are wanting to set some goals for the  
teachers we want to have general goals we would like to see each age  
group cover as well as specific goals for the quarters material. Have  
any of you had any experience setting goals this way. If so would love  
to see what you have set.
