My Character And My Reputation

Reputation Is what other people think about us
Our character is what we inside really possess
The Christian needs to manifest good in both
Then one may by God’s grace be eternally blessed!
Good character leads to making right moral decisions
Decisions that govern our response both to God & man
The person who has built up a sense of good character
Will behave himself properly as a godly human being can!
Does your character agree with your reputation among men?
Are you really and truly what your peers think about you?
Don’t be found out on judgment day standing before Christ
That what people thought you were by reputation wasn’t true!
I am speaking the truth before my God and I do not lie
My reputation before men and God and my character say I
Must be in harmony and in keeping with God’s revealed will
Or as for me I must know beyond doubt I’m not ready to die!
