[Biblemat] Help: Thoughts on Proper use of tongue

Greetings Brethren,
Tom Thornhill Jr. here from Bellflower, CA.  It has been a while since I 
sent out a message.  I now have a request.  Does anyone have information 
on the PROPER use of the tongue.  Last year I presented a series of 
lessons on the improper use of the tongue.  I would now like to focus on 
how we should be using our tongues.
    I welcome general lessons as well as input on various ways the 
tongue CAN be used properly.  Thus far I have the following list:

    * Worshiping and praising God
    * Teaching others
    * Encouragement - edification, exhortation, comforting words,
      compliments, etc.
    * Exposing false doctrine
    * Solving problems, i.e. calming down a situation, etc.
    * Speaking the truth - i.e. your word is your bond, etc.

Are there other proper uses for the tongue?
