But That will Not Save You!

So you are a real good person
That is so wonderful to know
So you don’t drink nor curse
And that is great to hear also!
So you don’t cheat on your mate
And that is a good thing to know
And you are not a same sex person
That would damn you soul below!
So you do good to your neighbors
Always willing to lend a hand
Morally you are what you should be
To be a Christian and that is grand!
But your goodness will not save you
Unless you have never committed a sin
And the only one who can say that
Was Jesus Christ the Lord my friend!
It takes the blood of Jesus the Christ
To wash away a single one of your sins
Believe repent and be baptized into Christ
And He will make you whole once again!
