A Disciple Is A Learner

A disciple is a learner about Jesus
With His word he is in daily accord
He tries to emulate His master's life
In his actions as he follows His word.
 
So "speak Lord, for your servant heareth"
As Your word flows from the written page
Revealing "all that pertains to life and godliness"
For those of us who are living in the present age!
 
It's the standard by which we're being judged
It will be opened on the great judgment day
We must walk in the light of divine revelation
In everything as His disciples we do and say!
