[Biblemat] Req: Please share your advice

I was wondering what you would say to those who want to leave the congregation because they?claim that?they don't feel loved, encouraged, happy, etc.? They also claim that they don't feel as if some are acting right toward them?and are not?treating them as brethren should.? I know that much of this is due to their own lack of effort, but I would like to approach them with good Biblical examples and teachings on this subject.? Any advice would be appreciated.
