There are several new threats on the horizon to some of us and already in
the church where some of us may attend that need to be challenged and or
prevented by watching and caring and being able to identify it before it
tries to take root. One movement is the new house-church movement. Key
issues this movement uses to get in the door is to create discontentment
with "traditional" ways of doing things, and calling those who think the
traditional way is actually the most expedient way "Pharisees". Key words
to look out for are "traditionalists" and "Pharisees". These terms are used
to get people ready for accepting the meal of what they call the Lord's
Supper. Key words that ridicule the old "traditional" way is "the Lord's
snack" or the "pinch and sip communion". Now the foot is in the door to
make some other key changes that are not really good or expedient changes.
See the link below for some good material on this.

Also, the effort to make all of Jesus' words before the cross a now
non-binding part of the law of Moses in an effort to get rid of Jesus'
teaching on divorce out of our way. Some are teaching that Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John belong to the Old Testament, others are saying that nothing
Jesus said before the cross is binding on us today. Some good material to
answer this is in the following link.
