                     What A Wonderful Life

             Being a Christian is a wonderful life,
               no other could be quite as great!
              A Christian, has been “born a-new,”
               from all past sins he has escaped.

               The “new birth” has two elements,
             we’re “born of water and the Spirit.”
                 A Christian is child of  God,
                he has blessings without limit!

               To try and mimic Our Lord Jesus ,
               is the Christians daily endeavor.
              Christ lived, died, and rose again,
              so His disciples could live forever.

              Like “a city that is set on a hill,”
                 our radiant lights must shine;
                As we walk and talk like Jesus,
               preparing for that heavenly clime.

                We want to take others with us,
            to “that land that is fairer than day;”
                 We want all men to know Jesus,
                   who said, “I am the way.”

                 To say we know Him and not do,
               what His new law clearly demands;
               Is to speak an awful terrible lie,
              and you’ll miss that promised land!

              “He that believes and is baptized,”
                said Jesus would then be saved;
            Believers must “repent and be immersed,”
               for the Bible reads just that way!
