Writing About The Lord

I love to write about my Lord and His word
Doing such thrills both my heart and soul!
Telling others about my Lord Jesus Christ
Is a wonderful story that cannot be over told!
How God the Father sent God the Son to earth
In keeping with His own ordained gospel plan
To rescue sinful creatures found on every hand
If only we believe and obey He’ll save sinful man!
"Obey the gospel" are strange words to many
Who claim to accept God’s only begotten Son
The many who claim salvation "by faith alone"
Who His divine will have yet left undone!
"He who believes and is baptized shall be saved"
Are the words in Christ’s great commission given
All those who claim salvation by "faith alone"
I’m sorry to tell you will miss out on heaven!
"Not every one who says, ‘Lord, Lord,’ 
Will enter the church" Christ has stated
It is only those who "do My Father’s will"
Who on the great judgment day will be elated!
