Religious Unity, How Possible?

It was our Savior’s prayer
that we should all be one
Based on the apostle’s doctrine
The Holy Spirit guided ones
One as are He and the Father
One in teaching and aim
This isn’t just semantics
They were not playing games!
God’s not the author of confusion
So wrote the inspired apostle Paul
If we could not be thus united
Christ wouldn’t have made the call!
Truth’s always consistent with itself
Truth is never ever contradictory
When we do not agree on doctrine
One or both have missed truth verily!
