I venerate the Word of God in all its forms--ink and paper, electronic, a life conducted according to God's standards which the Bible contains. If my computer was outdated and it had an electronic Bible on it, I could junk the computer if it had "gone done" and was not repairable. If a Bible which was not a piece of family heritage was damaged beyond use, I would cast it aside. However, a life that is no longer conducted according to God's standards is a terrible thing to waste; I would pray that I or any other person who might stray from the path might repent and ask God's forgiveness.
