[Biblemat] Instrumental Music - Are we wrong to say it is sinful?

*Instrumental Music *
Premise 1:
The things we practice when we come together as a congregation to worship
God must be by *faith*.
Premise 2:
If something we do in our assemblies, as we worship God, is not taught in
the New Testament (by command, approved apostolic example or inference),
then it cannot be by *faith*. *"Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word
of God." *Therefore, a practice in a congregation cannot be by *faith* if
nothing is said in the New Testament that indicates God's approval of it in
an assembly of saints, such as on the Lord's Day, to worship. Mention of
something does not necessarily indicate that God approves. (No reliable
version translates *psallo* as *play an instrument*.)
Premise 3:
What is not of faith is sin (Rom 14:23).
Therefore,
The use of instrumental music in the assembly for worship is sinful.
