BIBLE MATTERS RULES Bible Matters is designed as a teaching medium only. All Bible related literature (bulletin articles, essays, sermons, Bible class notes, commentaries, written debates, etc.) is accepted. Requesting information regarding various Bible related topics or questions (so that others can help in providing Bible literature) is also approved. Bible Matters, of course, is not a discussion List. However, if material is placed on Bible Matters of which you disagree, on the next day, you are allowed to respond to the post (quoting its author and using his name, if desired). The next day, that person can give a defense. Such exchange of articles (day by day) will be allowed for ten days only. In all circumstances, all Bible Matters contributors are expected to conduct themselves in accord with the principles of Christ - no name calling, unfounded charges, etc. There will be no URL, Web Links, in messages to Bible Matters that go against the other rules of Bible Matters. Example we ask in articles you post to Bible Matters that no name calling or character assassination take place. We ask the same thing in URLs within messages. To post a message to all the list members, send email to biblemat@biblematters.net. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Biblemat
Subscribe to Biblemat by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
